incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 28,
Vishwakarma Industrial Estate, Meerut – 250001, Uttar Pradesh, India (hereinafter
referred to as “Company”).

under the Information Technology Act, 2000, by and between the operator of the
