Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. If you choose to get a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
For other returned items (for example, a product you didn’t like), you will receive a refund in the form of store credit on giftsandboxes, which must be availed within 4 months of the delivery of the product.
